Pacific(HongKong) - $244     Legal Insured Activities   AIG Kenya Insurance Please, read to understand our Insurance Policies BENEFITS ON OUR COVER MEDICAL EXPENCES This comprises the following:   • Medical Expenses resulting from a sickness or an accident including emergency Optical and Dental treatment.   • Follow up treatment in Kenya for injury or illness; dental or optical condition arising from an injury which was first treated outside Kenya.   • Medical Evacuation for illness or injury that requires emergency air, land or water transportation to another location to obtain necessary medical treatment, or repatriation back to Kenya.   • Repatriation of mortal remains is the reasonable costs of returning the insured’s remains to Kenya or the reasonable funeral and related costs if the body is buried or cremated at the place of death.   • Coffin expenses are covered when the body is repatriated to Kenya.   • Accompanying Family Member – If the insured suffers illness or injury, UAP Insurance Limited will pay the reasonable extra travel and accommodation expenses for one person to travel to, remain with, or accompany the insured back to Kenya. In the event of a medical or other emergency, the Insured Person should simply call - reverse charge - the EUROPE Assist number shown on the Emergency Travel Card which will be supplied and which should be carried by all Insured Person's whilst Travelling. EUROPE Assist is a world-wide team of doctors, medical professionals and insurance specialists who are available 24 hours a day for advice and assistance for medical emergencies and any associated problems for Insured Person's whilst travelling. Personal Accident Cover Death, disability and injury – This is cover for accidental death or injury as per the policy continental scale. A detailed schedule can be found in the policy. Compensation will be paid either to the beneficiary or to the injured person. Maximum limit on Gold is 20,000 USD. LOSS OF DEPOSITS, TRIP CANCELLATION OR CURTAILMENT We may choose to reimburse the Insured Person or pay direct to the provider, the expense reasonably and necessarily incurred in addition to those already budgeted for or likely to be incurred by less any refund or unused pre-paid travel and accommodation arrangements, as a result of:   (a) the Insured Person's unexpected Death, Illness or Injury;   (b) the unexpected Death, Illness or Injury happening after the commencement date of the Travel of an Insured      Person's Relative, Business Associate or Travelling Companion, provided that this person is under 80 years of      age. LUGGAGE, TRADE SAMPLES, PERSONAL EFFECTS, TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, MONEY AND CREDIT CARDS. 1. Property   We will pay for the accidental loss of, theft or damage to the Insured Person's accompanied luggage, Personal Effects, portable business equipment (including computers and cellular phones) and business property (including Trade Sample, business papers, specifications, manuscripts and stationery for the cost of reproducing such documents but not for the research and development costs), that occurred during Travel. 2. Delayed Luggage   We will pay the reasonable expenses incurred during Travel for the emergency replacement of essential items if during the Travel the Insured Person's luggage is delayed, misdirected or temporarily misplaced by a carrier for more than the Excess specified in the Schedule of Compensation. Claims must be supported by written confirmation from the carrier responsible and receipts for the replacement items the Insured Person needed to purchase. 3. Travel Documents   We will pay the non-recoverable cost of replacing the Insured Person's travel documents, credit cards or traveller's cheques should they be lost, stolen or damaged during Travel. 4. Money   We will pay for the Insured Person's cash, bank or currency notes, cheques, postal or money orders or other negotiable instruments, which occurred as a result of the theft during Travel. SUM INSURED The maximum amount we will pay for any one item, set or pair of items, is 25% of the Sum Insured for this Section or the amount stated in the Schedule of Compensation, whichever is the greater, unless otherwise specified in the Schedule of Compensation TRAVEL DELAY We will reimburse the Insured Person for essential expenses incurred up to the Sum Insured, stated in the Schedule of Compensation per Travel following unforeseen travel delay resulting from anything outside your control. PERSONAL LIABILITY We will pay all damages, compensation and legal expenses, up to the specified Sum Insured in the Schedule of Compensation for which You or the Insured Person become legally liable as a result of the Insured Person's negligence during the Travel causing:     1. Injury including Death or Illness of another person;     2. Loss of or damage to property.
